Program Details

We need help in the garden, with daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal tasks but we also have projects of growing food, seeds, harvesting, all applying Permaculture concepts.

Activities & Shift

Daily activities will be: feeding birds, cleaning the ducks pond, ensuring their drinking water is available and clean, collecting eggs, keeping their house and nests clean.
Then every day we'll do something different in the garden which will be dependent on what's needed in that moment. Trimming trees, harvesting fruits, chipping the wood from the trimmings, burn the ones that don't chip, turning compost pile, mowing the lawn, building new beddings, etc

Rules

To keep our environment healthy and our peace intact, we have a few simple agreements:
1) Because our water returns directly to the land, we ask that any cleaning or beauty products you bring (shampoo, soap, etc.) are biodegradable and non-toxic.
2) We provide a vegetarian lunch on workdays. For breakfast and dinner, you have full use of our outdoor kitchen to prepare your own meals.
3) We value a quiet environment for our family and our practice. Please be mindful of volume, especially during Mateo’s nap times and after sunset.
4)Treat our tools and instruments with care. If you move something, please bring it back to its home.
