Program Details
We offer a community-based experience in a natural environment, where daily life and contribution are closely connected.
Volunteers are asked to help around 5 hours per day with practical activities such as gardening, land care, harvesting and seasonal tasks. 🌱
Beyond these hours, there are simple daily responsibilities that come from living together — such as helping during meals 🍝, keeping shared spaces clean, and participating in small routines. These are not considered working hours, but part of community life.
We have been hosting volunteers for many years, and what we value most is a genuine attitude: openness, respect, adaptability and a willingness to contribute.
In return, we offer a welcoming environment, good food, contact with nature 🍃, and the opportunity to be part of a meaningful shared experience.
Activities & Shift
Main activities include:
Gardening and vegetable garden preparation
Weeding, trimming and land maintenance
Olive tree care (seasonal pruning and support)
Harvesting fruits, vegetables and herbs
Preparation of natural products (jams, syrups, dried herbs)
Occasional support in the kitchen (for those interested)
The daily contribution is around 5 hours.
Tasks vary depending on the season, weather and ongoing projects. We usually carry out our activities in the morning or early afternoon, leaving space for rest and personal time later in the day.
No specific experience is required — only willingness to learn and participate.
