I had a private room, PERFECT internet, a hot shower, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and an excellent location near the subway. I have been volunteering for a few months and I have had a very positive experience. The environment is great, organized, and the tasks are calm and well managed. The location is also excellent, close to the subway and next to a shopping mall, which makes day-to-day life much easier. Overall, it’s a great place to live 💟🍃

Laurita's guesthouse is an amazing place! I loved spending this one month volunteering there. Laurita is extremely welcoming and attentive, always looking after our well-being. Thiago and José were also extremely attentive and kept all of the volunteer's commitments. I will definitely come back many more times. I highly recommend it! Thank you, Laurita! ❤️

Laurita's house is an Airbnb, which makes volunteering different. In my opinion and experience it's better to have two volunteers; the last two days with Alicia's help everything was much calmer. Depending on the number of check-outs we can do more or less of the tasks they need.

I really enjoyed being here. From the first day they made me feel at home, with a truly welcoming atmosphere, like a family. The tasks are easy, the hours are always respected, and everything that was agreed upon is carried out. They always try to put themselves in our shoes, help when we need them, and are very flexible with days off and adjustments. The location is also great, close to the subway, the mall, and an OXXO. It’s definitely a place where I feel comfortable and happy to be ❤️🍃

Being a volunteer at the Pousada was a very special experience. The environment is cozy and has a positive energy that makes us feel at home from day one. The activities are calm and well distributed, usually linked to organizing the rooms, bathrooms, and support during check-in and check-out, always with clarity about what needs to be done.
The hosts, Thiago, Laurita and José, are attentive and close, always willing to guide and provide support, whether in direct conversations or via WhatsApp. This makes all the difference and keeps the work light. Highly recommended!!

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue realmente increíble y disfruté mucho colaborando con el equipo. La comunicación fue clara y las tareas eran sencillas y estaban bien definidas. Ya sabes lo que tienes que hacer y tus horas de trabajo están claramente establecidas, lo que hace que todo sea fácil de gestionar, sin confusiones ni estrés.
