The team at the hostel were great! I speak very little Spanish yet everyone was so accommodating and fun to be around. The chefs are great, food always spot on and your tasks are always well explained! The 20% volunteer discount is great, and you also have the option on your day off to visit others hostels for free! Honestly had so much fun here, literally the only downside was how quiet it was and I am to believe that is due to it being low season (the hill is also an hike in itself, just consider it a workout).

The hostel was a nice experience.☀️ The view is absolutely incredible and the sunsets are unforgettable.🫶🏼 The food is very good, and the 20% discount on drinks makes the volunteering even better. The work is 30h/week. Overall, the volunteering and location are great, there are still some things that need to be improved to make the experience fair for volunteers, although these points have already been communicated internally ;) I met amazing people there, both guests and hostel staff. I also really liked the collaborations with nearby hostels, which made the experience more social👌🏼

I had a great time at the hostel, but keep in mind that it's very remote with little to do nearby unless you travel on your days off. The staff is sweet but integration and welcoming could be improved. They're mostly Spanish-speaking, which is great for practice, but the social vibe is limited as there are often few guests and not much interaction between staff. Food portions can be small with few vegetables, and the jungle cabana where you sleep is cool but can feel a bit unsafe because of animals. Work was mostly bar shifts and quite calm.

The hostel is a beautiful place, the view is truly insane! The staff was very nice and always treated me really well. Most of time i was doing bar, but some days they put me to do kitchen and cleaning, which wasn't on the description but was okay cuz it was specific days only. Food and cleaning could be improved but overall i had a great experience and was a great place to connect with myself and nature! Thank you all for having me 🫶🏻

The hostel is a real paradise with an incredible view on the Caribbean. The team is great and welcoming. It was like a home away from home for me. The work schedules were really nice because it allowed me to also discover other places. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing to be aware of is that everything is outdoor.

O hostel was a transformative experience, exactly as I imagined it to be in order to redefine some things in my life. The food is delicious, the guys in the kitchen are top-notch. I was able to rest and at the same time I had a lot of fun. The host and the team are top-notch. Grateful for everything. It was wonderful!!

My experience at the hostel was amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome; it was a real breath of fresh air, a detox. The environment is warm, calm, and with a homey vibe. I had time for myself, to slow down and enjoy the place. So much that I decided to extend my volunteering. The schedules were respected and the activities were aligned with the position. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking peace, connection, and a beautiful experience <3

The place is very beautiful and the interaction with the staff and the other volunteers was excellent. There was always a very good vibe among us, which made the experience enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to improve the organization and strive for a more equitable distribution of tasks and responsibilities. With clearer and more balanced management, the experience could be even better 🙏🏻🙌🏼
