It was an extraordinary experience! Tanne, Tom and Tobias are wonderful hosts and did everything to make us comfortable on the farm. We worked in the garden, helped with the dishes, cleaned the apartments, made breakfast and also fed the rabbits🐰
We are very grateful for this opportunity, we also met other volunteers and had a great 3 weeks!

Overall it was a great experience. The host's were really kind and welcoming. The job was what we agreed on earlier. And it was a good oportunity to learn more about the local culture, people and environment. The time managment for the job was rather flexible. What mattered is that you worked your hours/day. The freedays were also flexible. The summer is low season on Gran Canaria so we mostly had to do gardening. If you are looking for a busier experience then we would recommend coming in the winter. And if you are looking for a quiet and peacful environment then summer is perfect.

My time on this farm was incredibly beautiful. Tom, Tobias and Tanne are very friendly and you can see how much love and work they put into their farm. I met many wonderful people and had a lot of fun. My tasks were mainly cleaning the rooms and helping in the kitchen. For future volunteers I would recommend working in the mornings or evenings, as it gets very hot during the day. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience, I would like to come back!

My experience was great! It was my first volunteering experience and I was super happy at lathe farm…it's a special place, with charm…what's more, I stayed longer than agreed and I can say I will return…there's a good atmosphere…you have a lot of free time and you manage your tasks and your times freely…Tom and Tobias are great hosts…I especially want to highlight Tanne…always working hard and attentive to the volunteers' well-being 🫶😊

My first volunteering experience was an incredible and deeply special one. From the start I felt genuinely welcomed. Pietra picked me up and took me to Biofinca. I was welcomed by Tom and Tanne, who deserve special recognition for their energy, dedication, and kindness. The work was calm and varied; I helped with the animals, with the garden, with daily tasks, and I prepared breakfast for the guests. Tobias, Tom's husband, is very friendly and fun. I am very grateful to have had an experience with such special people! Gratitude ❤️

It has been a pleasure to spend this week at lala casa dela casa. The surroundings are beautiful, secluded, and surrounded by nature. The accommodation has been very comfortable and cozy.
I would like to especially thank Tom and Tanne for their kindness, closeness, for creating such a beautiful ambience and for making me feel at home from the very first moment.
I also greatly appreciate the flexibility with the work schedules and the trust with which I have been treated, making the experience very comfortable and pleasant.
