I stayed at the host's house in Oviedo, Asturias, and it was a wonderful experience. the host is an incredibly kind, attentive, and flexible person, both with schedules and the tasks to be done. The house is still a work in progress, with many things being repaired or rebuilt, but it has already become a beautiful home where you will never miss a good morning, meaningful conversations, shared meals, and coffee breaks. I highly recommend staying with the host, helping with the renovation project, and taking the opportunity to explore the beautiful region of Asturias.

The host was muito bonito experience. I was there littlebit over a one week and it started to actually feel like home. the host was trusting and very reasonable in every realms. Jobs were according to what you can do, and the main goal was to enjoy our times there while working on something. The Casa has dust and projects everywhere, but sleeping arrangements and other living felt natural still and we did not have any problems what so ever. Thank you the host and other volunteers for this wonderfull experince :)

O anfitrião foi um excelente anfitrião. Desde o primeiro dia muito gentil e educado, meu espanhol é fraco mesmo assim consegui compreender os trabalhos e as conversas. Ajudei descascando a tinta das paredes e lixando uma janela, horário flexível. No fim de semana (dia livre) fizemos algo diferente, o que deixa a experiência menos monótona, foi uma experiência muito boa para mim! o apartamento é bem no centro da cidade ao lado da estação de trem, fácil aceso, a cidade é linda tem alguns pontos turísticos, e não deixem de provar a sidra asturiana! 🇧🇷🇪🇦

Everything is excellent. The host is very kind and proactive. The tasks around the house are very diverse, from redoing walls, installing ceramic tiles, to restoring wooden openings. Being in the center of Oviedo, you can explore the city on foot or take the train to visit other cities in less than 40 minutes. Everything offered in volunteering is fulfilled and it is even super flexible. It is 100% recommended.
