Volunteers become part of our team, helping bring energy to our bar, restaurant, and pool area. You will support daily operations while also engaging with guests, promoting events, and helping build a lively atmosphere. We aim to create a balance between work, cultural exchange, and free time to explore Tam Coc and surrounding areas.
Shifts begin at 6:00 PM and are scheduled 5 days per week, with 1–2 days off. Total working hours will not exceed 25 hours weekly, with each shift lasting around 4–5 hours (typically 6:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM). Daily tasks include preparing the bar area before service, assisting bartenders with basic drink preparation, taking and serving food and drink orders, and engaging with guests to create a friendly, social atmosphere. Volunteers may also help invite guests to join evening activities, promote events, and support themed nights, music events, or small parties. At the end of each shift, volunteers assist with light cleaning, organizing the workspace, and resetting the area for the next day.
