Program Details
Together we decide what to work on, based on aptitudes and preferences. We are not rigid about working hours; for some types of tasks it is necessary to organize ourselves to do them together, for others there is more autonomy. We evaluate the best solution together.

Rules
We raise animals and eat meat, eggs and milk. To facilitate meal preparation and not offend the sensitivities of those who have made different choices, we prefer to specify it and not host volunteers who follow a vegan diet.
We host in the family; we are Ilaria, Leonardo and Erika, who is 10 years old. The volunteers become part of our daily life and if we have activities planned, we propose to involve them.
We have a single room dedicated to volunteers, so we host 1 volunteer at a time or only people who already know each other and travel together, up to a maximum of 4.
Please refrain from smoking in the room.
It is necessary to speak a bit of Italian in order to communicate with all family members.
We are very sociable people but we also like to keep our spaces and respect others' spaces.
