a) Community Development Volunteer Program
Location: Arusha, Tanzania and surrounding community partner areas
Duration: 1–12 weeks
MOLAC offers a unique Community Immersion Volunteer Program in Tanzania designed for volunteers who are interested in meaningful cultural exchange, education support, and community development. This program provides an opportunity to work closely with local communities in rural settings while contributing to long-term initiatives that support children, families, and local development projects.

b) School Education Volunteer Program
MOLAC offers a meaningful Teaching Volunteer Program in Arusha, Tanzania, designed for individuals who are passionate about education and community development. The program supports local schools where classrooms are often large and teachers are required to manage many learners with limited resources.

Through this program, volunteers work alongside local teachers to support learning, improve student engagement, and contribute to a more interactive classroom environment. In some cases, volunteers may also have the opportunity to lead lessons independently under the guidance of school staff.

Children in Tanzania have a strong appreciation for education and are highly motivated to learn. However, many students face challenges that affect their ability to continue schooling as they grow older. MOLAC volunteers play an important role in encouraging learning, boosting confidence, and supporting students to broaden their knowledge and future opportunities.
