COFFEE PROCESS
The experience
We will learn together about the coffee roasting process, starting from beans that have been harvested by farmers all the way to being ready for brewing.
After harvesting, coffee beans usually go through initial processing (such as drying and removing the outer layers) until they become green beans, or raw coffee beans. This is the stage where the roasting process begins.
Roasting is the process of heating coffee beans at specific temperatures

Roasting is the process of heating coffee beans at specific temperatures to develop their aroma, flavor, and color. During this process, the beans change from green to yellow, then to brown, and eventually reach a certain level of roast such as light, medium, or dark.
Some of the things we will learn together include:
How to identify the quality of green beans
Basic roasting techniques (using simple tools or machines)
Physical and chemical changes during roasting
How to determine flavor profiles based on roast level
How to cool and store coffee after roasting
By understanding this process, we can better appreciate the work of farmers and produce coffee with the best possible flavor.
