All-Around Property Assistant (Cleaning, Cooking, Gardening & Maintenance)
We are seeking a reliable and proactive assistant to support daily property operations in San Juan. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas and rooms, preparing simple meals, basic gardening, and light maintenance tasks. 25 hours of help per week
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.
2 days off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

3. **Sleeping Arrangements**: Volunteers will be provided with a private room, equipped with a fan and either a full or twin bed. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with other residents.
