The experience
We are a small eco-lodge in the Colombian Pacific, surrounded by jungle and ocean. We are looking for mature, responsible, and committed volunteers who truly want to contribute and be part of our daily life. Tasks include cleaning, helping with guests, and general support. This is a simple, natural place, ideal for conscious travelers.
What you offer
32 hours of help per week
Pet Sitting:
Taking care of and looking after pets.
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping:
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
What you get
1 day off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements
Fluent Spanish or Intermediate English
Between 28 and 45 years old

Program Details
We are a small eco-lodge in the Colombian Pacific, surrounded by jungle, ocean and a very humid tropical environment. Life here is simple and close to nature, with basic but beautiful conditions.
We work as a team and share daily responsibilities to keep the place running. We value respect, good energy, communication and responsibility. This experience is ideal for people who enjoy nature, simple living and being part of a small, conscious project.
Activities & Shift
🛠️ ACTIVIDADES Y TURNOS
Tasks include cleaning rooms and common areas, helping with guests, supporting daily operations, and maintaining the space. This may include sweeping, mopping, organizing, gardening tasks like raking, and occasional painting or small projects.
Volunteers may also help with pets when needed.
Work schedule is around 4–5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Flexibility, teamwork and a positive attitude are very important.
Rules
We are looking for proactive, responsible and respectful people who truly want to contribute. This is not a party place.
We expect volunteers to be committed, keep spaces clean, and communicate clearly. Responsibility comes first, but we also want you to enjoy the experience and learn.
Respect for nature, animals and the community is essential.
No drug use during working hours.
