20 hours of help per week
Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Our volunteer program is designed to create a fair and enriching exchange. We are looking for responsible people with a good attitude who want to integrate into the day-to-day life of the hostel.
Tasks may include supporting and interacting with guests, organizing activities, or creating content, depending on your skills.
We offer lodging, a friendly environment and the opportunity to live an authentic cultural experience in San Salvador, meet travelers from around the world, and be part of a close-knit community.

- General help to maintain a good atmosphere for each guest
Shifts
- 4 to 5 hours per day
- 5 days a week (2 days off)
- Rotating shifts
- Flexible hours coordinated with the team
We want to maintain a respectful, safe and pleasant environment for everyone:
- Punctuality and responsibility for the assigned shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned shared space
- Respect towards guests, other volunteers and the team
- No drug use inside the hostel
- Responsible alcohol consumption (especially during shifts)
- Open communication: give advance notice of any changes or problems
- Take care of the facilities as if they were your home
