🏜️Help Restore a Traditional Kasbah & Experience Moroccan Culture
The experience
Life in our kasbah is simple, peaceful, and authentic. Volunteers will help with light mud restoration, maintain the kasbah, and pratice English with our children through daily activities and conversations.
In exchange, we share Moroccan culture, Arabic language, traditional food, and local village life. Days usually include tea, shared meals, flexible work hours, nature, and meaningful cultural exchange.

The main focus of this experience is hands-on building and renovation work using traditional methods and natural materials. Volunteers will participate in the ongoing restoration of the kasbah and help preserve its authentic architecture and spirit.
Tasks may include:
- mud brick and earth construction
- plastering with traditional materials
- cleaning and preparing work areas
- small renovation and maintenance projects
- painting and decoration
- carrying materials and helping with manual work
- creative building ideas and improvement projects
The work is physical at times, but no professional experience is required. We are happy to share what we know, and volunteers mainly need motivation, patience, and a positive attitude.
