Activities & Shift

Volunteers are expected to lead two sessions daily — one in the morning and one at sunset. Beyond running the sessions, we count on you to take initiative: check in with guests, encourage them to join, and create the kind of energy that makes people actually want to show up. Outside of sessions, we ask that you lend a hand wherever needed — whether that's helping with activities, supporting the team, or simply making sure guests are having a good time. We're a small, hands-on operation, so a flexible and proactive attitude goes a long way.

Rules

Oasis212 is rooted in Moroccan culture and hospitality, and we ask all volunteers to respect and embrace that. Dress modestly outside of the resort's activity areas, be mindful of local customs and traditions, and approach every interaction — with guests, staff, and the local community — with openness and respect. We're a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, and we expect volunteers to reflect that in the way they carry themselves. Kindness, humility, and cultural awareness aren't optional here — they're part of what makes Oasis212 the place it is.
