Program Details

We're Alex and John, both 34 originally from UK. Just last year we moved to the Andalucian countryside, escaping London life to renovate an old country house in need of some serious TLC.

We're in the heart of the Serrania de Ronda, surrounded by rolling hills, wineries and of course olive groves (we have our own trees too!) - the Cortijo is close to historic Ronda and many other amazing, smaller pueblos blancos (Setenil, Olvera, Zahara de la Sierra, and more).

The building was originally a countryside school run by nuns and has also been a rehabilitation centre, so it has a quirky story! Most recently it was a bed&breakfast (Casa Rural) - we do plan to re-open in the future, but for now we just need some help getting on top of things outside and around the garden.

It's just us two here - plus a dog, 3 cats and 5 chickens, but they aren't much use with their hands - so some additional support would be much appreciated!
