The spaces are very comfortable, the beds are perfect for resting, and the location is great. Plus there’s always a plan! I loved the salsa classes and all the moments we shared. Julián is a super friendly, respectful host, and, above all, someone who really listens. I highly recommend the hostel 1000%. From day one they made me feel part of the team and it ended up becoming my home in Cali! It's a place to learn, share, meet incredible people, discover magical corners and obviously dance a lot of salsa!! Julián was always open to listening to our ideas and making us part of the project. I'm very happy to have left a little piece of my Argentine bakery there. I carry with me beautiful people and memories for a lifetime. If you're thinking about volunteering here, don't hesitate!! 💛

I was at the hostel in its final stages of construction, so I didn’t have the experience I was looking for at the Cafeteria. However, the people were super welcoming. Julián is a very pleasant, flexible host and always willing to help with your experience; as a good traveler, he knows how to handle situations very well. The people who work there are also very friendly (hellooo Angélica, Angel and Diego), the facilities are good and comfortable. You’re going to have great days in Cali. I recommend volunteering and hope to return someday.

Julián is a kind person who knows how to make others feel comfortable. We worked painting the hostel and supporting social media. It was a very beautiful experience because we were able to propose many ideas to improve the hostel and actively participate in the projects.
Besides the work, we shared very special moments with the other volunteers: dancing salsa, doing yoga, taking part in different activities and meeting people from different places. It was exciting to see how every day, together, we moved forward with the hostel preparations. The volunteer team had a great vibe, and it was very pleasant to work as a team. Julian is a top host, always attentive and committed; he was fair with the schedules and a good leader. Despite his multiple obligations, he was always mindful that we would have a cultural experience inside and outside the hostel.
