The hostel is amazing! You'll make friends for life and so many memories! The work is very fun and reasonable hours. Julian is the best manager and was a great communicator. Volunteering here made my stay in Cali incredible, I think it was my best choice yet! Definitely recommend!!

This experience was so much fun. The owner is super chill and usually parties with us. I would definitely recommend it. The owner is super accommodating and even let's you skip shifts sometimes to enjoy yourself or catch a movie. He works hard so we don't have to lol

We chose to volunteer here after seeing other peoples reviews calling it the best volunteer experience they've had. Now we can say we totally agree! Julian is such a kind person who feels less like a boss and more like a friend. The social energy in the hostel was incredible and we formed amazing relationships with every other volunteer. The location of the hostel is great, only about a 15 minute walk from the best salsa spots and a short car trip from the main market.
Honestly, we can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for somewhere to volunteer in Cali, this is the best option

My experience at the hostel was amazing! I originally planned to stay here for 2 weeks but I'll be staying longer(still here😂). Julian is an exceptional host, he clearly communicates, he shows appreciation for the work we do, he's super flexible, open to our ideas and gives great recommendations. The work itself is simple and exactly what was agreed, it leaves plenty of time to explore Cali, to dance and to socialize with other volunteers. The vibe in the hostel is awesome, we go out to events together, laugh and have a great time! If you we thinking of coming to Cali, this is your sign!!!

I had an amazing experience at the hostel, meeting Julian and the other volunteers. Because Julian has also traveled and been a volunteer I feel like he has a good understanding of what it’s like to be in this position and what makes it enjoyable. I had a lot of fun helping with the set up of the hostel as well as working with the social media for it. Julian was very adamant and thorough about making sure everything agreed upon was followed through on like ensuring I had breakfast and only worked for the agreed upon time which I appreciated. He is very kind, reliable and helpful! 10/10!
