We are a hostel with a young, traveler-friendly and creative atmosphere in Praia de Pipa. We are looking for a person who can help us communicate the experience of the place through authentic content for social media. In exchange, we offer accommodation, living with travelers from different countries, contact with the local culture, beach, surfing, and an open space to propose ideas, learn, and participate in hostel life.
The shift will be 4 to 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Activities include: taking photos and videos of the hostel, recording everyday moments, making stories and reels, posting content on social media, helping communicate internal events, organizing content ideas, and showing the guests' experience. Schedules can be flexible, combining recording/publication moments with editing and planning.
We are looking for a responsible, respectful, and committed person to the agreements. It is important to take care of shared spaces, maintain good coexistence with guests and the team, notify in advance of any problems, and have autonomy to complete tasks. We do not accept discriminatory attitudes, disrespect, excessive use of alcohol and drugs during the shift, or failure to meet schedules.
