Program Details

Hi! I’m Luis, a carpenter from Ecuador with experience in furniture making and woodworking. I’m building a small creative project where volunteers can learn practical carpentry skills while sharing cultures, ideas, and daily life.

The help is mainly focused on:

sanding furniture
painting and finishing
organizing tools and materials
simple woodworking tasks
helping create content/photos for social media sometimes

This is a relaxed and friendly environment. I’m not looking for professional carpenters only. Motivation, good energy, patience, and willingness to learn are more important 🌿

You’ll also have time to:

practice Spanish or English
explore local places
enjoy nature, rivers, waterfalls, and small-town life
learn about Ecuadorian culture

I previously traveled in France with a Working Holiday visa, so I really enjoy cultural exchange and meeting people from different countries.

We also ask volunteers to respect our home, family, and local community.
