Working hours are flexible, and it's even possible to work twice a day and then have the following day off. the community has also helped me learn English; when I arrived I knew almost nothing, but now I'm much more confident, thanks to them and the other volunteers. I highly recommend the community – it's a special place.

I felt right at home from the moment i arrived to the community. It was such a freeing experience and exactly what i needed to be off grid for a little while. Freedom hill is a magical place, if you get along with everyone you will have a mind blowing experience.
Unless you’re a sensitive flower who needs the upmost accommodation, if you don’t want to get your hands dirty and work.

The community is a special place with a magnet for amazing people. Alessandro and the volunteers are kind and welcoming. Compared to my other Worldpackers experiences, this one really stands out. There are fewer rules, but everyone is very committed and work moves fast and organically. Besides the main projects, we can manage our time, try side projects, and leave our own mark in the place. Ill will always remember the climbs to the community, the parties and nights by the fire. If you want to make soul searching and make friends for life, this is the place.

Mountains, sunsets, campfires, hiking the mountains, long walks along the riverbed, music, rabbits, chickens, homemade food, Nino (the baby of the house and always cuddling you), Ale (1/16th Indian), and working (having fun and learning) together with amazing people.

I had a fantastic three weeks at Freedom Hill! Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was very friendly. Work hours were respected and the food was amazing. I quickly felt right at home. Also very important, Ale makes the best pizzas! I would gladly go back.
