Revolution Khaosan by The Bliss is looking for an energetic, confident, outgoing, and highly social Head Party Promoter to lead nightlife promotions, attract guests, and create unforgettable party experiences. As a Head Party Promoter, you’ll help bring energy to our nightly events, hosting pub crawls, foam parties, and social activities while representing the hostel and creating an amazing atmosphere for guests.
Promoting and hosting nightly events and pub crawls around Khaosan Road
Socializing and engaging with hostel guests and travelers
Bringing energy and atmosphere to parties and social events
Assisting with foam parties, drinking games, and entertainment activities
Helping guests feel included and welcomed during events
Supporting social media content creation (photos/videos/reels)
Assisting the events team with crowd management and event setup
Encouraging guests to join hostel activities and partner venues
Shift schedule: 18:00pm - 2am
Respect all guests, staff, volunteers, and local culture at all times.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior during shifts.
No excessive drinking or drug use during working hours.
Arrive on time for every shift. Repeated lateness may result in removal from the program.
If you cannot attend your shift, inform the manager in advance.
