Volunteering at the hostel was a wonderful and peaceful experience sharing the energy in the new hostel, location is quaint and perfect. Ornela, their reception and housekeeping staff were all very lovely and it is a great opportunity to learn about local Albanian culture and language from them. The place has very quiet spaces for you to work on your own projects during your time off and location is off city center, with supermarkets and cafes around. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity to plan and cook family dinners at the fully equipped hostel kitchen. Shume faleminderit!

Great stay as a volunteer at the hostel. Here, I painted a mural and was given the freedom to colourfully express myself. Really amazing how my creative flow was respected, considered and understood. What a perfect way to end my travels; a beautiful space to come home to myself and my practise... all while connecting with the locals, the Albanian culture and the wonderful staff that exist here at the hostel. Would highly recommend!

What an amazing experience at the hostel. This place is very peaceful and the staff is friendly. A big thank you to Ornella and Rahim (the hostel owners) for their hospitality and their understanding. It's a place where you can be yourself and creative. The most warming hostel I've ever been to! Unbelievably clean for a hostel, amazing views big rooms a very cozy environment. The atmosphere is so friendly with plenty of room to relax. Ornela is an amazing host who's open to ideas and extremely trusting who helped with making me feel settled in and comfortable, the rest of the team are very lovely people who are always there to help. It's very different to hostels I've been to prior but it feels like a home, will definitely be coming back highly would recommend to anyone!!!
