We’re looking for genuinely creative volunteers to help shape the identity of our newly opened hostel in Tirana. We are seeking people with real artistic vision, experience in murals, graffiti, or visual design who can contribute ideas and transform spaces. Volunteers will work in focused creative sessions (about 4–5 hours per day), followed by feedback and planning with the team to ensure a cohesive visual identity for our new hostel in Tirana.
Volunteers must provide a portfolio (mural, graffiti, or visual art work required) to be considered. They must also respect hostel house rules at all times, including no smoking inside the building, no disruptive behavior. Common areas must be kept clean and organized after use. Respect for guests, staff, and other volunteers is essential, as well as maintaining a calm and friendly environment. Punctuality for agreed tasks and open communication with the team are required.
