1) This is a small apartment renovation project where an extra pair of hands would be highly appreciated. The major work has already been mostly completed. Now I need help with: ​Moving materials (be comfortable with boring heavy lifting); DIY projects (mostly helping assemble furniture); Organizing tools and supplies; Other small apartment tasks, etc. 2) There's another apartment (10 minutes away): Basic cleaning only (once a week). You do not need to be a certified builder, but I’m hoping to host someone who: Understands that when it’s work time, we work properly and stay productive — no BS; ​Enjoys physical and practical work; Is reliable and respectful, understands roles and adequate subordination; Has a positive attitude and good energy.
Working hours are flexible, for example: one day we may work 8 hours and the next day only 4, be flexible as well please.
Be comfortable lifting heavier things like paint, putty, tools etc. etc.
House Rules: I only ask that the apartment stays clean, tidy, and organized, and that everything is kept the way you found it. Following house rules is very important. Please do not make unnecessary noise or disturb our neighbors. --- No drugs. --- No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony (outside only). --- Occasional moderate/social drinking is fine on free days only. --- Don't skip showers pls. Preferences: I currently prefer hosting males because the work is physical. Minimum stay is 2 weeks. Basic English is required so we can communicate properly during work (fluent English is a big plus). Couples may be possible depending on the situation. I also prefer having a short video call before confirming the stay.
