Program Details
Our family business is run by two seniors over 50, which makes it difficult for them to attend to our three locations at the same time. Therefore we are looking for responsible people who want to support us in our daily operations.
El Mirador is our tourist restaurant, a quiet and special space where we receive reservations and occasional visitors. Because our team also operates in two other locations, we need a reliable person who can help keep this space ready and well cared for.
It is an ideal experience for those who enjoy tranquil environments, varied tasks, and close contact with the Amazon nature.
We offer lodging in our lodge and daily meals as part of the exchange.
Activities & Shift
Aurora (my mother) has also worked as an employee in her youth, so she respects her staff and their rights. She has knowledge in HR and administration, which makes her a fairly kind, fair, and responsible boss, always treating her workers with respect and accepting them as part of the family. (Her Chinese zodiac sign is the Dragon, by the way, something she identifies with because she is a good leader).
