Come experience everyday Italian life with our family in beautiful Cilento! We run Baia di Trentova, a small B&B, and Ubbìpò, our traditional family osteria. We are a family living in Agropoli, in the beautiful Cilento region, surrounded by olive trees, Mediterranean countryside and sea views.
For over 23 years, we've been running Baia di Trentova, our small family B&B, along with Ubbìpò, our little osteria, where we share traditional Cilento food, homemade pasta and family recipes.
During the quieter winter months, we take care of our home and property, getting everything ready for the next season. We're looking for someone practical, responsible and easygoing who would enjoy spending some time with us.
Activities may include painting, gardening, tidying outdoor spaces, organizing things, simple maintenance and refreshing areas around the house and property. No professional experience is needed, but we appreciate someone reliable, independent and attentive to details. Some activities will be outdoors, depending on the weather.
Where you'll stay
You'll have your own independent room with a private bathroom and entrance, next to our family home. We provide accommodation and meals as agreed together, and you'll have the chance to discover our homemade food and traditional Cilento recipes.
Life in Cilento
Winter is a wonderful time to discover this part of Italy. The beaches are quiet, the countryside is beautiful, and life moves at a slower pace. You'll have time to explore local villages, enjoy nature and experience everyday Italian life.
We live next door and enjoy sharing meals and conversations, while always respecting your privacy and independence.

Activities usually take place in the morning, leaving you plenty of free time to explore Cilento and enjoy the area.
You'll have two days off each week, which we'll arrange together depending on the weather and the activities planned.
During winter, we mainly focus on taking care of our property and preparing it for the next season. Activities may include gardening, painting, tidying outdoor spaces, organizing things and simple maintenance.
Most activities take place outdoors, weather permitting, and we'll often be working alongside you. We'll always explain what needs to be done, so you won't be expected to handle anything complicated on your own.
You don't need professional skills, just a practical attitude, a little initiative and a willingness to lend a hand. We appreciate people who are reliable, careful and enjoy doing things properly.
We want you to feel at home during your stay, and we simply ask you to treat our home, B&B and surroundings with the same care and respect you would give your own place.
Please keep your room and bathroom clean and tidy, and be mindful of water, electricity and heating.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please keep all indoor spaces smoke-free and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
We enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, especially in the evenings, so no parties or loud music.
For everyone's privacy and peace of mind, visitors are not allowed on the property, and you cannot invite anyone to your room or have overnight guests.
Enjoying a glass of wine is absolutely fine, but excessive drinking and drug use are not acceptable.
