Program Details
We expect our volunteers to be friendly, reliable and adaptable as there is a lot to get stuck in with at our homestay. If you feel you have a particular skillset and are performing well in these areas, we can arrange to keep you on those specific tasks. We will need our volunteers to socialise with guests and staff, and create a fun and dynamic atmosphere through interacting well with guests, hosting games and karaoke. In exchange, we are happy to share our culture and give you a true insight into rural Vietnamese life. This is especially during meals, which we will eat together like a family. As you will be in Du Gia, you also have the opportunity to learn about and interact with the local ethnic minority groups that live in this area of Ha Giang.
