Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

We are looking for people with good vibes, responsible, and eager to live a relaxed experience by the sea while helping with the property's activities. Here you will live among travelers, enjoy sunsets, rest and get to know authentic beach life. The exchange includes lodging in a tranquil, safe, and nature-filled environment.
Main activities are assisting with light cleaning of the rooms and common areas, simple repairs, painting when necessary, helping with guest reception, basic organization of the lodging, and keeping spaces pleasant for everyone.
Shifts are relaxed, 3 hours per day in the morning, and organized so that you also have free time to enjoy the beach, rest, explore the surroundings, or engage in personal activities. We aim for an environment that is calm, collaborative, and friendly.
Respect the schedules and shared areas. Maintain cleanliness and good coexistence with guests and hosts. Avoid excessive noise at night and take care of the facilities as if they were your home. We highly value responsibility, communication and a good attitude. The idea is to create a relaxed, comfortable and pleasant environment for everyone.
