Olive Harvest
The experience
Over about 3 days we need to hand-pick the olives from 160 olive trees to reach 300 kg, the minimum amount required to produce our own olive oil. It's an easy goal; one person can easily harvest 50 kg (2 crates) in a day. It's important that not too many days pass so the fruit doesn't lose its properties. It's an enjoyable and challenging activity.

Program Details
The idea is to form a group of people (5-6) to collect as much as we can quickly in 3 days and take it to the village's olive oil mill. Then you can have the days off that suit you or help me with any other task such as limpieza de mo te or collecting stones. They are the two main tasks here.
Activities & Shift
Hand-pick the olives, deposit them in boxes or plastic crates, and carry them with the wheelbarrow to the house. On D-Day we load them into the car and, in three trips, unload them all at the olive oil mill.
