As a Medical Health Intern at Karambi Health Center and our Family Clinic Medical Center, you will engage in a variety of meaningful activities that directly impact the community. You will work Monday to Friday 9:00am-4;00pm and you will have two days off to enable you tour the area . Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Patient Care Support: Assist healthcare professionals in providing quality care to patients, including taking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
2. Health Education: Participate in health education sessions, promoting awareness on maternal health, nutrition, and hygiene practices within the community.
3. Outreach Programs: Help organize and implement health outreach initiatives, focusing on preventive care and health promotion in underserved areas.
4. Sexual Education Campaigns: Collaborate with local schools to conduct sexual education workshops aimed at preventing teenage pregnancies and early marriages.
5. Daily Health Activities: Support daily operations at the health center, including inventory management and assisting in the administration of medications.
