📋 WHAT YOU WILL PAINT (5 hours daily/focused work):
Mermaids: High-realism shading on sculpted faces.
Ancient Ruins: Realistic textures on deep-sea columns.
Water Effects: Realistic deep-sea water & light rays on 3D walls.
Sea Creatures: High-realism shading on 3D whales & dolphins.
How we work: To ensure a matching style throughout the house, we split tasks by specialty. One artist will focus on the water effects everywhere, another on the ancient columns, and another on the detailed portraits. You will be part of a synchronized artistic team!

You will be part of a synchronized 'assembly line' art team, focusing on creating the beautiful background and water environment of our temple.
Your main activities will be:
🌊 Deep-Sea Backgrounds: Applying base coats and using large brushes, rollers, or sponges to blend realistic blue gradients on 3D cave walls.
✨ Light & Ray Effects: Creating realistic underwater light rays and sun reflections on the ceilings.
🖌️ Surface Preparation: Helping mix colors and organizing your painting tools before each shift.
🧹 Studio Care: Cleaning your brushes and keeping your artistic workspace tidy at the end of the day.
⚡ Focus During Shifts: The 5 hours of daily work require your full focus, productivity, and positive energy. No phone distractions during tasks.
🧹 Cleanliness & Respect: Keep your room, bathroom, and shared spaces clean and tidy. Always clean your art tools and brushes at the end of every shift.
