I had an amazing week at Hostel the hostel. Such a beautiful and well-kept hostel in a peaceful spot. Anto, who lives onsite and manages day-to-day life at the hostel, IS A LEGEND!! I absolutely loved getting to know Anto and other guests - Anto creates a very happy, sociable and cosy vibe. The work itself was straight-forward and rewarding - I particularly enjoyed getting to work in the yard after the rain. Hostel is 15mins from town by uber (2000-6000CLP each way), or a 30 min walk to a bus/collectivo stop then 10 mins into town (1000 CLP). I recommend this volunteering program 100%!!

An incredible place to disconnect from city life and enjoy the nature that Pucón and its surroundings offer. The work is totally manageable; from personal experience I recommend waiting for instructions from the cabin manager who is in charge at the moment to avoid misunderstandings. Karen was an amazing host; communication with her was always smooth and quick, and I’m grateful that she understood my situation when I had to shorten my stay due to work-related reasons. Highly recommended.

The stay was amazing, it's the right place to disconnect, the community is so quiet that you can hitchhike without problems. The hostel has first-rate facilities, and what can I say—Anto, the person in charge, is a great person, mindful and above all empathetic with all travelers. Karen likewise is a great host. Without a doubt I recommend this hostel, the autumn-winter season seems complex but it's amazing at this place in Pucón.

It was a very good experience. The hosts were always attentive to the needs of volunteers and guests and willing to reach agreements on scheduling (I worked weekends and they left those days free for me without major problems). In addition, the place is beautiful, it is a bit far from the center of Pucón, but that exactly allows for a space with a lot of nature and silence that is greatly appreciated. It is also close to supermarkets and has very good connectivity to visit nearby places around Pucón in your free time. 100% recommended.

I had an amazing time with the guests, with Andrea and the volunteers in Treile! I completely unplugged and spent incredible moments during the volunteering, I felt like it was my second home c: When I have the opportunity to return to Chile, I am sure I will go back, thanks to Karen and Andrea for the great work they do at the hostel and for taking such good care of every detail.

Karen was very flexible and offered to think about alternatives to the issues we brought to her; this undoubtedly was an important factor that contributed to the stay. On the other hand, the employee A***** (the person who stayed on site) had a difficult personality and that somewhat affected our experience. Despite this, the hostel is beautiful, very clean, and ideal for anyone who wants to disconnect a little from the world. I recommend.

Karen was always flexible and showed a good willingness to help us adapt. The hostel is beautiful, faithful to the photos, very clean and surrounded by amazing nature: a perfect place to disconnect and enjoy Pucón. We had some problems getting along with the person in charge of the place, which shortened our stay, but I still recommend it. I would come back especially in the summer, when Karen is present at the hostel.

As tarefas são bem tranquilas, que normalmente envolvem limpeza e tarefas domésticas, assim, o voluntário consegue disfrutar muito mais de Pucón que apenas focar no voluntariado! O hostal fica perto de duas cachoeiras e para ir ao centro da cidade precisa tomar um ônibus ou ir de uber, acredito que para quem está procurando uma imersão na natureza ou um momento mais introspectivo seja uma boa!
