We are transforming an old rural property into a unique artistic farmhouse and creative farm space in Chitwan, Nepal. This is not a typical renovation project—we are trying to create a place that blends nature, art, sustainability, agriculture, and cultural exchange.
The property is still a work in progress, which means volunteers have a real opportunity to leave their mark on the project. We welcome creative ideas and enjoy experimenting with unique designs, recycled materials, natural building techniques, artistic decorations, landscaping, and functional outdoor spaces.
What we expect from volunteers
We are looking for people who enjoy hands-on projects and are excited about building something from the ground up.
Tasks may include:
Renovation and improvement of existing structures
Painting and artistic decoration
Creating murals and creative outdoor installations
Gardening and farm development
Landscaping and beautifying outdoor spaces
Building simple furniture and decorative features
Working with recycled and upcycled materials
General maintenance and organization
Sharing creative ideas for making the property unique
You do not need to be a professional builder or artist. What matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to contribute. We especially appreciate volunteers who enjoy problem-solving and can take initiative when developing creative projects.
What volunteers can expect from us
In return, you will become part of a creative and evolving project where your ideas genuinely matter.
You can expect:
A friendly and relaxed working environment
Accommodation on the property
Opportunities to learn about Nepali culture and rural life
Freedom to propose and lead creative projects
A chance to experiment with artistic and sustainable design ideas
Experience in farm development, landscaping, and renovation
Plenty of opportunities for cultural exchange and community involvement
Our Vision
Our goal is to create a beautiful artistic farmhouse surrounded by a productive farm, gardens, creative installations, and spaces where travelers, artists, volunteers, and nature lovers can gather, learn, and share ideas.
Rather than simply renovating a building, we are creating a place with character and soul. Every volunteer contributes to shaping the future of the project, and many of the ideas you bring could become permanent features of the farm.
If you enjoy creativity, nature, sustainability, hands-on work, and the satisfaction of transforming an old space into something truly special, we would love to welcome you to our project in Chitwan.
