Program Details

Hostel tasks (cleaning, hosting guests, laundry), maintenance, creative and art projects, community work, and dry toilet cleaning, yes, that too. Tasks are planned together. We talk through the work, during and after. Communication is central here.

Activities & Shift

Working hours are agreed together each week. No fixed formula, we plan based on what the project needs and what makes sense for everyone. Rest days are included. We don't count hours against food. We expect presence and commitment, not clock-watching.
