What We Expect From You
We are looking for a blend of technical skill, creative empathy, and structural thinking. Your mission spans three main pillars:

1. Digital Architecture & Web Optimization
Systemic Mapping to Web Design: You will take our complex project data—like our court-to-probation data flow models—and translate them into clear, visually engaging web interfaces that partners can easily navigate.

Platform Management: Maintaining and upgrading our digital infrastructure (primarily on Wix) to ensure it is secure, accessible, and seamlessly showcases our five-year roadmap and ongoing grassroots initiatives.

2. Strategic Narrative & Campaign Creation
Amplifying "The Invisible Victims": You will lead the digital content strategy for our primary advocacy campaigns and major upcoming events, such as The Invisible Victims Dinner.

Targeted Content Production: Crafting powerful multimedia assets, graphics, and compelling copy that challenge the stigma surrounding children of prisoners, moving audiences from sympathy to systemic action.

3. Professionalism & Cultural Humility
Resourcefulness: We optimize our operations by giving tech a second life, heavily utilizing refurbished electronics and office assets. We expect you to bring that same resourcefulness—maximizing digital tools, working effectively with your own laptop, and finding creative solutions without needing a massive corporate budget.

Activities & Shift

Morning: Alignment, Community Pulse & Strategy
Focus: Grounding yourself in the foundation's diverse programs and setting daily digital priorities.

[ ] Morning Connection & Briefing: Start the day with the team over local tea or coffee. Listen to field updates from staff returning from community networks, youth training hubs, or justice-sector family support visits.

[ ] Cross-Program Content Audit: Review incoming raw assets from the field—such as photos of a youth skills workshop, quotes from a resilient single mother, or data tracking the welfare of a child with a parent in prison.

[ ] Strategic Milestone Review: Check the monthly campaign calendar. Ensure today’s digital priorities strike a healthy balance across all focal areas, ensuring the narrative of "The Invisible Victims" seamlessly weaves into broader community development themes.

[ ] Digital Inbox & Community Care: Spend 15 minutes checking messages on our Wix platform, social handles, and professional networks. Respond to inquiries from potential partners, volunteers, or local government stakeholders.

🚀 Mid-Day: Deep Creative Flow & Digital Architecture
Focus: High-impact design, web optimization, and multi-program storytelling.

[ ] Web & Platform Optimization (Wix): Update and refine project pages. Ensure our digital platforms clearly structure and explain our different initiatives—making it easy for donors and partners to see how court-to-probation referral mechanisms tie into community safety nets.

[ ] Multi-Media Content Production: Craft engaging visual assets, graphics, or short-form videos. Tell compelling, dignifying stories that highlight the resilience of young mothers, the potential of local youth, and the lived experiences of families affected by parental incarceration.
