Program Description
Harvest is the most exciting and intense time of the year at our small organic winery. You’ll become part of our daily life, working alongside us while learning about natural winemaking, local traditions, and Italian culture.
We live in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, and we love sharing meals, stories, and good wine with people from all over the world. If you’re looking for a genuine experience rather than just volunteering, you’ll feel at home here.
Activities & Shifts
Your main activities will include grape harvesting, sorting grapes, helping in the winery, bottling and labeling when needed, and occasionally assisting with wine tastings or welcoming visitors.
The schedule is usually around 4–5 hours per day, 5 days a week, but during harvest some flexibility is appreciated depending on the weather and the grapes. We always work together as a team in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We are looking for positive, respectful, and reliable people who enjoy living in a shared environment.
Good communication and a willingness to participate in daily life are very important. English is required, and an interest in wine and nature is a big plus. We appreciate volunteers who are proactive, keep shared spaces tidy, and treat the property and the people around them with care and respect.
