The experience
Join Bright Future Foundation Uganda’s Uganda Vibes Media Team and help share the beauty of Uganda with the world. Volunteers will capture village life, waterfalls, cooking, and music, turning them into short videos and photos for TikTok, WhatsApp, and Facebook. No professional skills needed—just passion, creativity, and curiosity to grow Uganda Vibes and experience authentic culture.
What you offer
18 hours of help per week
Content Writer:
Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
Social Media:
Maintain and update social media channels.
Video Making:
Create, edit and publish digital videos.
What you get
3 days off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Tours:
We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Language lessons:
Take free language classes at our place.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Certificate:
Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.
Basic Internet Access:
Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details
The Uganda Vibes Media Volunteer Program invites creative travelers to join Bright Future Foundation Uganda in capturing and sharing the spirit of Uganda. Volunteers will document village life, waterfalls, cooking, music, and cultural experiences, turning them into short videos and photos for TikTok, WhatsApp, and Facebook.This program is designed for those passionate about storytelling, video editing, and social media growth. No professional skills are required — just creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.By joining, you’ll help grow the Uganda Vibes brand, gain hands-on digital media experience, and immerse yourself in authentic Ugandan culture. Volunteers will live in Mbalala Village, Mukono District, with opportunities to explore nearby attractions like Ssezibwa Falls, Mabira Forest, and Lake Victoria.
Activities & Shift
Content Shooting: Record short videos (10–60 seconds) of village life, cooking, music, and travel.Photography: Capture authentic images of community activities and Ugandan landscapes.Video Editing: Use simple apps to edit clips for TikTok, WhatsApp, and Facebook.Storytelling: Write captions and share real stories about Uganda’s culture.Social Media Growth: Help build Uganda Vibes into a global brand.
Shifts
4–6 hours per day (flexible).Morning: Capture daily life and community activities.
Afternoon: Edit videos, write captions, and prepare posts.
Evenings: Group reflection, cultural exchange, or planning next day’s shoots.
Weekends: Optional trips to Ssezibwa Falls, Mabira Forest, and Lake Victoria.
