Since 2004 the Thai Child Development Foundation has been helping thousands of children with Educational and Health Care support.
We will organize the End-Year-Festival in Paksong, Thailand, to celebrate the foundation anniversary to recognise the staff, sponsors, volunteers and people involved with.
We expect up to 250 people to come and celebrate with us. There will be activities for kids, exhibitions and, of course, delicious Thai food!
4 hours of help per day
Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.
Amount: US$ 17 Per day
Fee pays for: Materials for volunteer activities
Description: We ask for a participation fee of 600 Thai Baht per day in return for 3 great meals and stay in our comfortable dormitory. You can also participate in yoga sessions. And a part of the participation fee will be used for materials for the event organisation.

TCDF end of year Event is built to welcome and thank all people involved with TCDF over the last 20 years and to celebrate the impact we have made together to help children.
Activities happening during the Festival: Monk blessing, donation of educational material, traditional dances, local food, speeches, sport activities, grabbelton (lucky dip), and yoga!
1) Before Festival Tasks:
- clean the area around the school , from the entrance to the sports field
- help with placing shaded area
- make decorations in the building and along the event area
- place garbage bags and recycle bins
- place the tables and food stalls along the road
- clean all plates, cutlery and glasses before and after the event
- prepare and organize the kids activities
2) During Festival Tasks:
- run the kids activities
- clean the area /garbage
- assist with the exhibition area and in the school
- take pictures and videos for social media
3) After Festival Tasks:
- clean the area around the school , from the entrance to the sports field
- help with taking down shaded area
- help with taking down decorations in the building and along the event area
- collect garbage, garbage bags and recycle bins and bring to recycle area
- help with taking down the tables and food stalls along the road
- clean all plates, cutlery and glasses after the event
Acting as a role model representing the Foundation and its values, respect the local culture, wear culturally appropriate clothes (no beach wear), no drinking/smoking during worktime, and Cannabis and other drugs are not allowed at all (see below)
Drug, Smoking and Vaping Policy:
TCDF Eco-Logic Thailand maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and cannabis. The possession or use of illegal drugs or cannabis (including marijuana/weed) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas and are prohibited in all guest rooms and shared facilities. Guests who violate this policy may be required to leave the property immediately without refund, and Eco-Logic Thailand reserves the right to refuse accommodation, cancel the remainder of the stay, and notify the relevant authorities where appropriate.
