I'm really happy to have had the opportunity to be part of the team at Casale Zeno. It was a lovely experience, and I truly hope that I was able to help with the different tasks and contribute during my stay. I also really enjoyed the cultural exchange.. It was a great opportunity for me to practice English in everyday situations (and funny).. so, especially, to discover the difference about to the British accent! 🇬🇧😊 I'm very grateful for this experience and for all the moments and memories. I'm taking with me. Thank you to the whole team for welcoming me and allowing me to be part of the host!!

I had the most amazing experience! Jo and Tony are wonderful people, they were so welcoming and caring. Besides, Tony is a great cook, so we were always having amazing food. The job is super chill, there's a variety of activities around the farm and the hours are well established. I could not recommend this volunteer more!

This was our first time with Worldpackers, and we couldn't have ended up with better hosts. Jo and Tony were so welcoming, I immediately felt at home. I really enjoyed waking Jack every morning, splitting wood and fertilizing the olive trees. I learned a lot during this placement, like practical skills and knowing my capabilities, really valuable stuff that will really help me out in the long run. We can't thank Jo and Tony enough for having us on the farm! We miss you already, tell Jack we say hi!

Joe and Tony are absolutely wonderful! Their property is gorgeous and, of course, Jack is just the cutest. Because we went in during the off season, we didn't expect there to be much work. However, Joe and Tony always kept us occupied! From working in the rubble building, to walking Jack, to fertilizing the olive trees, there was never a dull moment. I have absolutely adored my time spent with them and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any aspiring worldpackers! Thank you Joe and Tony for such an amazing experience!

I'm leaving with a great feeling. I highly recommend this experience if you enjoy spending time in nature and discovering new places. I had a wonderful time hiking some beautiful trails, going for runs, cycling to the next village, and having breakfast on the balcony with its fantastic views. Plus, the work isn't complicated, and Tony and Jo are really nice people who explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable. One thing I also really enjoyed was having the opportunity to visit Roma and Florence on my days off.
I will miss everything and everyone😔

A truly enriching and peaceful experience. I learned a lot of practical skills, especially related to gardening. Felt welcome from the very first day! Tony and Jo are kind, open, and genuinely care about volunteers feeling comfortable and included. The atmosphere was warm and respectful, the home beautiful and the surroundings incredibly calm and inspiring. The experience felt authentic and personal. I would highly recommend this project to anyone looking for a meaningful exchange, learning opportunities, and a slower more mindful way of living! Hope to visit you again!!!

Honestly we had a great time without a doubt Kinga was up there with the best we have had, especially when they worked on clearing the land the results were amazing and she never shied away from the heavy machinery and was always keen to learn. Had some great Lunch time chats together learning lots about there home in Poland. Would welcome them back any time

My time in Orvieto was amazing, I have absolutely no faults & enjoyed my time with Jack (my fave furry friend), Jo & Tony & the other awesome volunteers. Jo & Tony were so kind, a big thank you to them! Not only do you get to soak up the incredible Umbrian landscapes & immerse yourself in the countryside, but you are also not so far from being able to discover beautiful medieval cities nearby. I genuinely had so much fun with the work & was so happy to learn new skills I had never done before & can confidently say I am now a chicken coop build expert ;) Can't wait to come back soon! xx

Simply perfect, Tony and Jo are wonderful and attentive people, they always care about our well-being and if we need something, I asked Tony if I could make a lasagna and he made it for the volunteers, I will come back again for sure, they are super understanding and encourage you to learn more British English.

The hosts Jo and Tony are super nice and welcoming, you become part of their family. And they are also super clear about the work and how to do it. The work was also fun because it varied so much and you learnt new things almost every day.
And after we where done working we all sat down together hade some of Tonys amazing food for lunch:)
I would recomen this experience if you want to live on the countryside, learn about and do physical jobs like painting, chopping wood or clean for example. Their property is super beautiful just like the surroundings, great for taking scenic walks.
