You are welcome to use our TV, books, kitchen, we won't be here so we won't cook for you, when we are together, we can take turns cooking.
When we're together we expect you to be proactive in doing house work and other jobs we talk about.
We only use the washing machine for full loads, and try to save water and electricity.
You'll be alone so you'll decide what you do when.
