📸 Visual Identity & Communication at CETTOL

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU

Sensitive eye: We are looking for someone who captures the essence of CETTOL — the connection of children with the land, the agrarian experience and the beauty of the Cerrado — in photos and videos spontaneously.

Initiative and creativity: We expect you to accompany the activities, propose Reels scripts, produce content for social media/website, and help structure our portfolio.

Organization: The field routine is dynamic. It takes discipline to record moments, organize the media, and edit the material within the agreed deadlines.

Own equipment: You will need to bring your own tools (a camera or a good-quality smartphone for videos, plus a laptop for editing).

Communication and friendliness: Ability to conduct quick and dynamic interviews with project collaborators, visitors and children.

Community spirit: Be open to living in a group, respect the space rules and collaborate in maintenance and cleaning of the common areas.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME :

Impact portfolio: A unique and richly visual laboratory on agroecology, bioconstruction and social pedagogy to enrich your resume.

Creative freedom: Total openness for you to suggest formats, test aesthetics and cocreate the tone of our visual communication.

Real immersion: When you’re not producing, you’re very welcome to roll up your sleeves and learn in the soil management, medicinal herb garden and bioconstruction workshops.

Respect and welcome: Structured lodging for your rest and absolute respect for the working hours and days off agreed on the platform.

Rules

🏡 House Rules (CETTOL - Centro de Treinamentos e Atividades Toca do Lobo)

To ensure harmonious, safe and productive living in our community, please read our guidelines carefully before applying:

⚡ Respect for Silence and Rest: The field routine starts early. Our quiet hours in the lodging and convivence area are from 10 PM to 6 AM.

🧹 Collective Cleaning and Organization: The maintenance of the accommodation, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room is everyone's responsibility. We practice a daily cleaning shift. If you dirty it, you wash it; if you use it, you put it away. Caring for our temporary home reflects our care for the project.

🚭 Alcohol and Substances Consumption: We value a healthy, safe and family-friendly environment, often frequented by children and visitors. Consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is not allowed during activity hours, nor behaviors that compromise safety or mutual respect.

🛠️ Care for Tools and Equipment: You will have access to manual tools, bioconstruction supplies and project equipment. After use, all tools must be cleaned and stored in their proper places.

💧 Ecological Awareness (Water and Waste): We are located in the Cerrado biome and strive to live by the principles of sustainability. Save water, turn off unnecessary lights, and strictly follow our waste separation (organic for composting and recyclables for proper disposal).
