Dignified and clean accommodation, access to basic services for your comfort.
Clear and balanced schedules, respecting breaks so you have free time to explore, socialize, or relax.
Transparent communication, both to give instructions and to listen to suggestions or personal needs.
A space where you can learn, grow, share ideas, and contribute creative improvements.
A fairly comfortable capsule bed inside a shared room.
What I expect from the Volunteer...
A friendly and respectful attitude toward guests and colleagues. Willingness to help with good energy.
Punctuality and responsibility with your part. Flexibility is part of the deal, but so is commitment.
Initiative and open communication.
Respect for the space and coexistence, remembering that the hostel is a multicultural meeting point where everyone deserves to feel comfortable.
