25 hours of help per week
Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.
Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Our project takes place in a rural setting, where we aim to share the day-to-day life of a small town and offer a cultural exchange experience. The collaboration mainly consists of supporting the usual tasks of customer service, preparing drinks and simple meals, organizing the space and helping during the moments of greater activity.
During the summer season we also run the bar at the municipal pool of a nearby town. When needed, the collaboration can take place there, and we will take care of the transportation.
We especially value people who are responsible, kind, with initiative and eager to integrate into local life. It is not essential to have experience in hospitality, but a positive attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.
The collaboration consists of supporting the usual tasks of a bar: customer service, preparation of drinks and simple meals, restocking, organization and cleaning of the workspace. During the summer season part of the activity may take place in the bar at the municipal pool of a nearby town, and we will take care of the transport. Shifts will be organized weekly, respecting the agreed rest time.
We expect a responsible, punctual, and respectful attitude toward customers, the team and the accommodation. It is important to keep common spaces clean and organized, report any incident and take care of the work equipment. We are looking for people who are eager to learn, to integrate into village life and to enjoy an experience based on respect and collaboration.
