The goal of this residency is simple: help me create as much high-quality content as possible while experiencing life in one of Portugal's best surf towns.
I run a fast-growing photography education business and publish content on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. As a volunteer, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a content business operates while developing your own creative skills.
You'll stay in a spacious 135m² house just a few minutes from the beach, share the experience with another creator, and have plenty of free time to surf, explore Portugal and enjoy the lifestyle.
Activities & Schedule
You'll help around 3.5 hours per day, either in the morning or the afternoon depending on our schedule.
Your tasks may include:
- Editing short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts)
- Adding subtitles and captions
- Assisting during photo or video shoots
- Occasionally filming behind-the-scenes content
- Brainstorming content ideas
- Helping keep the house clean and organized through light shared housekeeping
Every day is a little different. Some days we'll focus on editing, while on others you'll help during filming or photography sessions. As we all share the house together, everyone is also expected to contribute to keeping the common areas clean and tidy.
