Program Details
At Soulforest, your role is about mindful oversight and creative energy rather than heavy labor. Because our loyal, long-term caretaker handles the daily cooking and property maintenance, your primary focus is to breathe life into the estate and help it flourish.
Your day-to-day contributions will focus on two main areas:
1. Hospitality & Guest Experience
Welcoming Mindful Travelers: Act as the on-site host, greeting guests and ensuring they experience the quiet luxury, peace, and comfort of our colonial coffee bungalow.
Managing Retreat Operations: Oversee check-ins, coordinate guest needs, and maintain the serene atmosphere of the sanctuary.
Digital & Local Marketing: Share the story of Soulforest. You will help build our brand online, manage bookings, and develop creative ways to market the retreat to conscious travelers worldwide.
2. Agroforestry & Land Development
Project Management: Work on developing and managing our sustainable agroforestry initiatives, helping to integrate the natural landscape with our eco-friendly hospitality vision.
Creative Land Projects: Bring your ideas to life—whether that means implementing permaculture principles, helping design conscious trail spaces, or overseeing sustainable land-use projects.
You will essentially act as the operational heart of Soulforest, using your leadership, marketing skills, or agricultural passion to run the estate autonomously while coordinating smoothly with our local team.
Activities & Shift
You will help us grow our hillside eco-sanctuary by focusing on digital marketing and sustainable land development. Because our long-term local caretaker completely handles the property maintenance and daily cooking, your energy will go into creative projects and business growth.
Activities & Shifts
Time Commitment: Around 20 hours a week with flexible days off.
Digital Marketing: Help grow our presence online. You will manage our social media channels (Instagram/TikTok), create engaging content showcasing the retreat, and manage online guest bookings.
Agriculture & Gardening: Help develop our agroforestry initiatives and coffee bungalow gardens. This includes companion planting, managing hillside soil erosion, and expanding our sustainable food forest.
