Permaculture project development assistant
The experience
As assistant to the development of permaculture projects you will be expected to do labors in the nursery, seeding weeding and inspecting, you will learn and help maintain perennial vegetable garden beds, you will help with the mulching pruning harvesting and maintaining of our food forest, on the weekends we prepare for the market where we sell sugar cane juice, and you will be expected to help prepare meals and maintain the domestic spaces.
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand:
Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Farming:
Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
What you get
2 days off per week
Tent:
You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Tours:
We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Free Events:

Bikes at your disposal:
You can use our bikes any time you want.
Permaculture Course:
Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Fluent Spanish or Fluent English
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details
We are an association dedicated to providing biosphere integration experience. We host visitors, give tours, create content, and work on other permaculture projects in the area.
Activities & Shift
In the summertime we will dedicate several hours of work in the freshness of the morning as well as several hours of work the with the freshness of the afternoon
