The workers at the finca were really welcoming and kind, it was great to work with locals! Nature is beautiful. The finca itself could be cleaner, as well as the rooms were you stay. The hosts were mostly respectful towards me, but the way they talked about women in general is not respectful. I didn't have water in my restroom for about half of the stay- not the host's fault but they didn't show empathy until they didn't have water either. I decided to end my volunteering earlier cause there was a wasps nest near my room and one of the hosts had been rude to me the day before.

When I arrived I was greeted by one of the workers because the host wasn't there, my stay was very peaceful, although not always was there attention and commitment from the host. I went with an interest in learning about fungiculture and there wasn't the opportunity because the day it was being prepared, the kitchen exploded with the substrates.
