As Head Rep, you’ll supervise reps, assist with training, monitor KPIs, coordinate schedules, support daily operations, and work closely with management. Activities include leading and supporting hostel events, welcoming guests, organising social activities, promoting a fun and inclusive atmosphere, training and supporting reps, and helping management with daily operations. Shifts vary and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility required to support hostel events and peak guest times.
Program Rules
* Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.

* Represent the hostel in a friendly and welcoming manner at all times.
* Communicate any issues or shift changes with management as early as possible.

* Failure to meet expectations may result in removal from the program.
