Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

We know that to provide excellent service, you need to rest like a king. Unlike other volunteer programs with large shared rooms, here you will have:

🚿 Private bathroom with shower: Fully independent inside the room.

Your Main Tasks:
Greet with a smile: You will be the first face our guests see when they arrive from their trips (reservations arrive mainly through digital platforms).
Care and guidance: Help them with check-in, give them the best local recommendations, and ensure their stay is perfect.
Logistical support: Coordinate key details so that the guest experience is flawless from start to finish.
Different tasks will be assigned according to the needs of the place (garden, maintenance, cleaning, painting, etc.).
We seek a win-win relationship: we provide you with a comfortable space and a very relaxed environment, but in return we require a real commitment.
Responsibility is non-negotiable: The job is fairly light and you will have a lot of free time, but during your shifts the guest is the absolute priority. Getting distracted, abandoning your post, or neglecting service is grounds for immediate dismissal.
Care of your space: Your room has air conditioning, a private bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Maintaining cleanliness, order and taking care of the facilities is your obligation. Lapses in service are not tolerated.
Zero tolerance for substances and excesses: Drug use or alcohol abuse on the property is strictly prohibited. The house environment is one of calm and respect.
Professional attitude: We host travelers from around the world. Bad attitude, lack of empathy or lateness have no place here.
